- Fixed a bug which caused caches not to be properly cleared when a file entity was saved or deleted.
Numerous bug fixes and
small API/feature improvements are contained in Drupal 7.28. If you

release notes. In this latest release, Drupal haven’t made any
changes to the web.config, .htaccess, robots.txt or default
settings.php files in this new 7.28 release, so upgrading custom
versions of those files are not mandatory.
