A Project and Production
Leadership team of Joomla has declared the release of Joomla 3.3.4 as
it is a security release for the 3.x series of Joomla that mainly
addresses two security problems.
Apart from this, users
can also find a release of 3.2.5 that is obtainable for users, who
are still using Joomla 3.2 that tackles these security problems.
There are lots of people,
who are using Joomla! release on a server with PHP 5.3.10 or later,
so it is advisable for you to update instantly to Joomla 3.3.4
through one-click update or the update downloads obtainable at
http://www.joomla.org/download.html.
IMP Note – If
you have decided to update directly to 3.3.4 through the core update
component, it is must for you to be running 3.2.2 or later because of
the raised minimum supported PHP version and the update system not
supporting checking the server’s PHP version in older releases.
Before being presented the 3.3.4 update, older 3.x release can be
provoked to update to 3.2.5.
About Joomla 3.3.4 –
